The attached documents signed by the resident during the purchase of the Marina property contains covenants that are relevant to the activities of the resident on the Marina, including the resident’s property. These covenants have been augmented by a series of guidelines approved by residents at past annual general meetings that are relevant to activities primarily concerned with Company property, such as banks and moorings. These guidelines are found under “Rules”. Where there is any conflict between these guidelines and the before mentioned covenants, the terms and provisions of the covenants shall prevail.
